How do I open a KE Trade account?

For New Individual Clients:

1.	To open an account, please complete the following:

	a.	Kim Eng Securities Pte Ltd Account Opening Form (required)

	b.	Central Depository (Pte) Ltd Application for Opening of Securities Account

	c.	Central Depository (Pte) Ltd Linkage Form 25A.1 (required)

	d.	Terms & Conditions with Risk Disclosure Statement

	e.	Electronic Payment for Shares (optional)

	f.	Client Investment Profile (Individual) Client Investment Profile (Joint)

	g.	W8-BEN Form (optional)

and visit us with the following supporting documents to open an account :

	a.	Identity Card (For Singaporean, Singaporean PR, Malaysian)

	b.	Re-entry Permit (For Malaysian with Singapore PR status)

	c.	Passport (For Foreigners)

2.	For any applications made via post, please have all application forms and all supporting documents signed and witnessed by a notary public or commissioner for oaths.

3.	We are open from Mondays to Fridays (9:00am to 6:00pm) and you may visit our Client Services department for the account application at 9 Temasek Boulevard #12-00 Suntec Tower Two Singapore 038989 OR 63 Market Street #13-01 Singapore 048942

1.	To open an account, please complete the following:

	a.	Kim Eng Securities Pte Ltd Account Opening Form (required) - Corporate Account

	b.	Central Depository (Pte) Ltd Application for Opening of Securities Account (please call us for the above form)

	c.	Central Depository (Pte) Ltd Linkage Form 25A.1 (required)

	d.	Terms & Conditions with Risk Disclosure Statement

	e.	Client Investment Profile (Corporate)

	f.	W8-BEN Form (optional)

2.	Please provide us with the following supporting documents:

	a.	Certified true copy of the Company's Memorandum & Articles of Association

	b.	Certified true copy of the Company's Certificate of Incorporation

	c.	Certified Extract of Board Resolution

	d.	An updated ROC instant Information Print Out (within 2 Weeks from the date of submission)

	e.	Latest Registry of Company (ROC) Form 49 (for Singapore registered companies only)

	f.	Particulars of Directors / Secretary (For Foreign Corporations only)

	g.	Declaration of Beneficial Owners

	h.	Copies of Passport, NRIC & Proof of Existing Residential address of all Directors/ Shareholders/Beneficial Owners & Authorised Signatories (Holders to sign on the photocopy of ID)

All documents are to be certified true by Lawyers or Solicitors/ Notary Public/ Kim Eng Authorised Personnel.

To apply for Internet trading service, please furnish us an additional resolution, confirming the intention to apply for internet trading and naming the authorized person to deal and manage the account. We will furnish the user-ID and password to the authorized person only.

For Exisiting Clients - Individuals/ *Corporate

To open an KE Trade Internet Trading Account, please complete the KE Trade Internet Trading Applications:

	a.	KE Trade Internet Trading Application (required)

	b.	W8-BEN Form (optional)

* For corporate clients, please furnish us an additional resolution, confirming the intention to apply for Internet trading and naming the authorized person to deal and manage the account. We will furnish the user-ID and password to the authorized person only.
